    Soda flakes,have a an EINECS/EC number of 215-185-5, and an HS code of 2815110000.  It is an inorganic strong base, a white flake-like solid with strong hygroscopic properties, easily soluble in water with a strong exothermic reaction. The pure product is a colorless transparent crystalline solid, highly corrosive, and easily deliquesces and reacts with carbon dioxide in the air, leading to deterioration.

Product Application

     It  is a strong alkaline and corrosive basic chemical raw material with applications across many fields:

1. In the paper industry, it is used for pulp cooking, breaking down lignin to purify fibers;

2. In the textile industry, it is used for fiber refining and mercerization, improving fabric luster and toughness;

3. In the daily chemical industry, it is a core raw material for soaps and detergents;

4. In water treatment, it can adjust the pH value of water and precipitate heavy metal ions;

5. It is also used in metallurgical purification, electroplating degreasing,  and container cleaning in food processing, making it an essential material for the chemical, light industry, and environmental protection sectors.

   Soda flakes are sealed in plastic woven composite bags lined with polyethylene film, ensuring moisture-proof and leak-proof protection. 

Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool warehouse, away from acids and flammable materials. Strictly prevent moisture and sunlight exposure, maintain a sealed state to avoid deliquescence and deterioration from contact with air.  Mixing with food and daily chemical products is strictly prohibited. Handle with care during loading and unloading to prevent damage to the packaging.
